She has served as a judge for the Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Science, the Christopher Columbus Award, and the International Marine Advanced Technology Education (MATE) competition. She also served as the liaison for the MATE PA teams, contributing her expertise to the evaluation and advancement of student research and innovation.
She has successfully coached multiple National Academic League, BEST, LEGO, Sea Perch, and MATE robotics teams, guiding them from regional competitions to national championship recognition. Ms. White is committed to fostering pathways that connect high school and university students with careers in science and engineering through mentorship, experiential learning, and professional engagement.
Ms. White currently serves as the secretary for SME Ch. 15, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she continues to advance initiatives that promote excellence in STEM education and workforce development.
